Entry Level Systems Administrator/HelpDesk

You get: • rapid advancement (clear career path) • cool technology and tools • friendly and knowledgeable mentoring to guide your career • certification reimbursements • interesting and challenging work You need technical knowledge including: • Microsoft Windows Operating Systems, Active Directory, Exchange • Microsoft Office Suite 2003/2007 • Backup Technologies (Live Vault, Backup Exec) • Symantec Antivirus Corporate Edition • Software deployment technologies (ghost, repackaging tools) • Basic Networking (TCP/IP, DNS, routing, subnetting) • Remote access technologies (VPN, dial-up, terminal services) You must have: • at least 6 months relevant experience (can be an internship, student lab, etc.) • 4 year Bachelors degree • excellent communication skills • eligibility to work in the US Preferred (not required): • Relevant certifications (MCP, CCNA, MCSE) • Experience in customer service Compensation/Benefits • $38,000-$45,000 per year commensurate with skills and experience. • 100% medical, dental and vision • Profit sharing • 17 days PTO • 401K • Certification reimbursement
