Welcome to the School of Information Technology and Communication Design at California State University, Monterey Bay.

ITCD educates students to apply state-of-the-art information technology to solve real world communication problems in a socially responsible way. In addition to the technical knowledge and skills they master, graduates of ITCD programs excel in communication, collaboration and innovative problem solving.

ITCD offers an undergraduate degree program: Bachelor of Science in Information Technology and Communication Design (ITCD), which has seven emphases from which students can choose:

• Visual Design

• Instructional Technology

• Digital Animation

• Interactive Media and Game Design

• Web Design and Development

• Software Development

• Networking

ITCD also offers an Interdisciplinary Master of Arts with an emphasis in Instructional Science and Technology (IDMA/IST). A new B.S. Computer Science and Information Technology (ITCD) undergraduate degree program has recieved approval and will begin Fall 2008. A revised Master of Science in Management and Information Technology (MSMIT) program is being planned.
