Karen Wisdom, M.A. has taught for the ITCD department since 2005. She is a graduate from the University of Arizona (Tucson) and has degrees in both liberal arts and education, with an emphasis on instructional science and technology.  She is presently pursuing a doctoral degree in Education at the University of California - Santa Cruz.  Her academic interests include the use of technology to enhance student learning, specifically in composition and language acquisition, online learning and teaching, and ePortfolios.  Her classes focus on writing, critical thinking, public speaking, technology tools, and cultural studies.
