The School of Information Technology and Communication Design - The School of Information Technology and Communication Design

The School of Information Technology and Communication Design offers several certificate programs at California State University, Monterey Bay through the Office of Extended Education.

Two most popular, on-going, programs are accepting students year-round:

Certificate in Computer System Administration
Certificate in Global Technology Management

Other programs are offered as needed, such as:
Certificate in Instructional Design Technology
Certificate in Computer Networking

These programs typically involve fulfillment of outcomes equivalent to 4 or 5 specified CSUMB courses. Minimum required units are 18.

All certificate programs accept international applications and can issue I-20 if needed.

Courses designed to fulfill these certificates requirements are delivered in a variety of formats to accommodate the needs of the students, including traditional face-to-face, e-learning and blended-learning classes.
